I earned a Master of Science of Computer Science in 1998 from the Johns Hopkins University. I concentrated on telecommunication and networking. Course work included concepts of data communication, TCP/IP, local area network, network management, high-speed networking, Java, Unix shell programming, Unix system programming, CORBA, and network security.
I earned a Bachelor of Science of Systems Analysis and Engineering in 1994 from The George Washington University. The degree is also known as operations research or industrial engineering. Major course work included operations research, computer science, statistics, probabilities, and mathematics.
